Has anyone experienced increased restriction with changes in the weather? I can't eat when it rains. It rained 4 days in the beginning of month and I had difficulty eating but I blew it off thinking it was from the fill I had on 8/25. Well, it's raining again today and I can't eat. I pb'd on 2 bites of scrambled egg this morning, tried a turkey/cheese roll-up for lunch-no go!! Is this all in my head?

No restriction with my 1st fill either!! 1cc. Next appointment scheduled for October. Called and scheduled 2nd fill for 8/25. I didn't think I should have to wait till October. Hope this will do the trick. Banded 7/2 only down 12 pounds and very discouraged. Any other Dr. offices schedule fill 6-8 weeks apart?

Second attempt with the doctor and 1st fill went well. My port is slightly tilted. Only 1cc given. The journey begins!

Went for my 1st fill this a.m--APRN couldn't locate right spot after several attempts. Going back this afternoon for the Doc to try. Very disappointed-hope this second try works!

Banded 7/1/03 with Dr. Newman an associate of Dr. Barba(same office). Surgery and recovery went very smooth. The practice knows the procedures and documentation needed for a speedy authorization. But you have to be patient-a very busy office! I'm WAITING my first fill in a couple of weeks. Boy do I need it! Only down side-8 months from initial seminar to surgery date. Mary

Banded on 7/1/03 and first fill not scheduled until 8/12/03. Wedding in Sept and have to respond with food choice now. I have no idea what I' ll be able to eat or not. My choices are prime rib, chicken cor don bleau(?sp), stuffed baked scrod, and eggplant parmesarin(?sp) I'm leaning toward to the fish-what do you think?
