    I was banded on monday. The liquid diet isnt holding me. I ate 3 chicken nuggets. At 900pm I was so light headed. I almoat faintedat Red Robin. They brought me out a grilled chicken breast. Really fast. Oh, and a ice cold water. Thank you so much. I have an appt on Tuesday but so worried they are going to kill me for eating solids.
