  1. Idon't feel much of a restriction either. Sometimes I do get a "stuck" feeling and it comes back up. I am not sure if that is being too full or if something is actually stuck. I guess we are supposed to try different things and find what works for us.
  2. I am three weeks out from surgery, and am very confused. I can eat canned chicken, but I still feel like it is sticking in my throat. Crispy things go on through. It is very difficult to drink because it feels like it won't go down quickly at all. I do feel hungry, but am afraid to try anything. I would appreciate any suggestions. I am not sure how to tell if I am full, and when I should eat.
