  1. Hello Everyone, This is my first posting. I had my surgery on Jan. 15, 9 days ago. I am doing really well so far. It's such a strange feeling NOT to be hungry. How long did this last for you. Will I suddenly be really hungry one day? I am really a little worried about eatting out, which I will have to do soon. Please give me some advise on this. Any helpful hints about how to handle other people who don't know you have the lap-band and keep asking you to eat with them. I really don't want to tell everyone. How do any of you handle this? Thanks for your help and advise.
