  1. Hi everyone. I am sorry if don't know the etique yet but I am willing to learn. I had Lap Band surgery june 23, 2011 out patient. Feel great - no problems. Feel like I can eat anything I want. I had cler fluids day one and day two, then protein shakes for the 1st week. Friday I progressed to soft foods. I am hungry I think (still trying to figure out what I am - if it psychologically hungry or really hungry). Do I just need an adjustment when Isee the doctor or will it lways be like this? Thanks for your patience and help.
