About Me

  • Gender
    Female
It has been a little over a year and I've had some difficulties with getting used to eating slow and chewing but other than that I believe this was one of my best desicins. I have struggled with my weight for years and come from a family with weight issues I wanted to stop this cycle and take my life back. I now go to the gym 4-5 times a week and started running and will be adding bike riding and kayaking to my list of things i will accomplish with no difficulty or pain. I better about myself and I know I have along way to go before I'm at my weight goal but I'm on the right track. I need to get my eating under control my eating has been one of the hardest things for me to change its just so easy to go back to bad habits but I'm hoping with support and self detiermination that I will get my eating under control. I have had one fill 6 months after my surgery and about 2 months later had everything taken out and then 2 months ago I tried having a little put back in but because my eating isn't under control I was having alot of pain when eating and vomiting but I went back to the doctors and had only half of my fill taken out i go back in 3 weeks to see what the outcome is going to be.
