  1. Hello, I am new to the forum. I am almost 4 years out, surgery was May 25, 2011. I was 311 lbs before the surgery and now down to 177 lbs, My lowest was 160 lbs. which I felt more comfortable at, but I would like to take off at least the 17 lbs or at least 10 lbs. I am still conscious of what I eat, but no matter what I seem to do, my weight is staying put. Can anyone advise me on what to do?
