  1. Hi all, I had my surgery in August of last year. Unfortunately, it hasn't started working until just a few months ago. I actually GAINED weight for the first months after surgery. I have now lost around 30 pounds (including the weight I gained post-surgery) but the weight loss has been very minimal/slow. I tried to go on Weight Watchers but found that was too much food for me to eat. I really don't eat much (my band is pretty tight) and while I wouldn't say I eat the best, I'm not a super unhealthy eater. I don't exercise at a gym much, but I'm a pretty active person in terms of going out and participating in things in general. I'm wondering what anyone else who is post surgery has done to find success losing weight. I am a little frustrated at how drastic the decision to get surgery was, while the results have been pretty minimal. I almost feel like I'm eating too little and stunting my metabolism! Any advice/ideas or shared plans would be great appreciated! Thanks! Amy
