I have to admit I had an emotional breakdown tonight, but I am back and ready to kick the obesity-ogre's butt. :angry I will let you know how things go tomorrow. I feel I am as prepared as I can be, because of your help. I have 35 min. before I can have no Water. I am parched so I must run quickly to down a water bottle.

I changed my name from LB012907 to trishd. I am being banded on Monday 1/29 and trying to absorb all of this great info. from you the experts. It is good to know that others have been successfully banded from Dr. Hansen or Alldredge. Did any of you have a pre-op diet? I never heard of it before this website. I did give up Diet Coke for good this week. :think I was more addicted than I thought. I have been craving Diet Coke, but not food. I have been very irritable and tired.:mad: I have been eating normal and wondering if you prepped your system before hand. What's my hurry right, I have 4 more days!

My surgery date is 1/29/07. I am getting really scared. I had someone call me and tell not to do it, because she has had hers for 15 mos. and has not lost a thing. If she could go back she would not have had it done. :faint: I am doing this mostly for health reasons and the weight loss will be a great side effect. I am looking for anyone that can help me feel easier about my decision and hear about your story. :help:
