    I just got banned on Monday Jan 16th 2012...so i am still on clear liquids...but I do use our small vintage dessert spoons for my jello! They work well for little bit/sips....I can't wait for next week!! I never knew how yummy broth was...when you want to eat "real" food....LOL!

    I was banded Yesterday the 16th!!! I feel like I got hit by a truck today....yesterday wasn't so bad....I do get up an walk around some to keep things on the up and up! I know things will get better!
