I felt like that too! I got 2 cc on my first and 1cc on my second and that did the trick.

I can't do very many meats and I am 5 1/2 months post op. No steak, or anything grilled. I can do stuff in the crockpot that is very tender, but other stuff even if I chew chew chew just causes discomforts and comes back up.
