  1. Thank you for the responses. You guys gave me some much needed encouragement. My band is pretty tight. I've had 2 fills already so right now I don't need another. I'm just a slow loser. I started out weighing 237 and now I’m s\done to 220.
  2. I'm a slow loser as well. I was banded 9/21/2011 and have only lost 17 pounds. My weight is coming off pretty slow in comparison to most people who have had lap band surgery. I exercise six days a week on the elliptical for about forty minutes and only eat about 1100 calories daily at most. I have only lost about 17 pounds. I’m getting very discouraged. I'm glad I'm not alone.
