  1. hi there.. this is my first time on the site, and scrolling thru I came across you're post. Mostly caught my attention as I'm 17lbs down and then discovered we had surgery the same day! I would love to hear and share your experiences thus far and along the way. Let me know, as I'm trying to stay optimistic, but fear it's not gonna work out as well as I'd hoped. Like you, I am also anxious to really start walking/exercising more and eat real food..this "diet" is quite boring . Hope to talk soon, take care.
