  1. It has been 2 years since I had my lap band surgery. I had lost 105 lbs but gained 20 back. Ugh! It has been a year in a half since I last had a fill and I know I need to go in but I'm afraid because last time I went in I had only lost 5 lbs since my last fill and he told me he didn't exactly call that wait lost. I was completely hurt by this. Idk maybe I'm being a sissy but now that I put on 20 lbs I feel like I can't face him. I need a fill and there are no other doctors in my area who do this sort of thing. some of us have battled people puting us down our whole lives and I don't think they realize how one little negative word can send us spiraling downward.
