  1. I had a similar experience and 1/2 a cc out made a huge difference!
  2. I'm a fellow June 6th-er. I have suffered from the dreaded shoulder/neck gas pains even with all my walking. I still feel like a "patient" and not really myself yet. Hopefullly that changes soon!
  3. So I am just 3 days post op and am still walking (quite slowly) to keep the air tummy pain at bay. When can I expect to feel good enough for a real exercise session?
  4. All of the official literature about banding says it is realistic to expect weight loss of 1-2 lbs. per week. I am 2 days post op and just wanted to hear what others specifically found to be a realistic rate of loss.
