  1. Aah so it IS normall to gain in the 2nd week?? I have asked on the ObesityHelp.com board and no answer...I am not good with patience either. I only lost 10lbs the first week and have gained 1/2 lb and will be 2 weeks on Friday and am wondering if I have done all of this for 10 freakin pounds!! Thanks!!

I can't answer as a patient that had it done but I have researched it it a LOT and I have a 32 bmi and my surgery is scheduled for May 26 and I am in the same boat as you and feel like like more of like I want to catch it before things get out of control IYKWIM...? But like Rev Me Up said, I don't think you're going to be abe to get insurance to pay for it. There are some very affordable and credible self pay options available these days so you are fortunate in that. Good luck and keep us posted!
