  1. VSG after Splenectomy

    Hello all. I am new to the forum but have been reading quite a bit about the procedure. I have searched the forums but haven't be able to locate any information about this issue. My wife is interested in the procedure and has gone as far as contacting a surgeon in Mexico. He wouldn't do the surgery because she had a splenectomy about 20 years ago secondary to a car accident. She was quite bummed. So my (our) question is, has anyone on the forum had VSG after a splenectomy and if so was there any problems that you can share? Thanks for any info you may have! Sigrah
