    Good Afternoon forum.... I am Sigma Pi and I am in the process of starting my journey with geting the lap band. I am scared to death of the process and worried my insurance. I have Anthem BCBS of Indiana and it's a PPO. If I may ask, what is the normal turn around for approvals?
