Hey girls...home from gym...can't lift my arms. We did upper body, man o man. He is very nice, and it is 600 for 15 couple sessions. That is pretty good. We are going to meet him at 5am on Fridays for now. Should be good. OK..need to eat some chix tenders and shower. xooxox

Hey Girls~ Busy day here! 10 am trainer, 2pm tattoo, 5:30 dinner, 8 pm concert! The tattoo artist said I should not sweat or "rock out too hard" at the concert, so the colors don't bleed. LOL We went to Costco last night and spent 300 bucks on Super Bowl party! WOW...we did get detergent, and some stuff not for the party too. I got Eat This NOt That also. I got the one for the resturaunts and the supermarket. I think I am going to take it to the store when I go. Tomorrow, we are going to sleep in, then get ready for the Cardinals to kick some Steeler ass. LOL, usually, I would be cheering on the Steelers, but this year...I am loving the Cardinals. Plus, Sus would kick my butt if not. I heard back on ch. 5...and I need to take a slightly different statistical approach. AAAAHHHH! I wanted to cry, but I just agreed and acted like it was no big deal. OOOOO LAWD...GIVE ME STRENGTH! :thumbup::scared2:I will start this again on Monday. Off to play scrabble before the trainer...I'll let you know how it goes w/ him. Today is the initial day...lots of talking and demo! xoxoxo

Hey Girls~ I am going to Costco tonight, and will look for that book, Eat This Not That! I didn't know they had different versions. We are buying the food for the party too... I am beyond tired. 4:30 had caught up w/ me...the bell rings at 1:50, and you can count that I will be napping by 2pm! Sus works until 4:30...nappy nappy time for me!

Morning Ladies~ Home from the gym for the fourth day this week! Yeah Me! Also, we meet w/ our trainer tomorrow for the first time! I am bummed it is at 10am...for us, that is like the middle of the day. But oh well...should be fun(is fun really the word I am looking for??). My fills...I wait for an hour in the office (the office is about 1.5 miles from house) I FINALLY get in there, I lay down, tighten the stomach muscle, he finds the port, hopefully easily (I have had it both easy and not so easy), then I sit up...w/ the needle sticking out. He drains and records what is in ther, then puts more in...and I sit there while drinking some thick protien drink (yummy and choc), and I sit there to make sure it goes down. He will fill it until it doesn't, then back down. I was supposed to get fill yesterday, but feel that I've been tight enought the last couple weeks. Think exercise is making it tight...but you know, it ebbs and flows. OK...Have a great day! I'll pop in later! xoxoxoxo

Hey Gang! Happy Thursday! I was sworn in today by the City clerk!!! That was kinda cool. I went in and said, "Hi, I am Pamela xxx", and everyone said, "OOOO Hi!!! Welcome!!!" We are going out to Mexican tonight w/ Steph and Bob! I don't have the restraint Tracy has...my saving grace came at 4:30 this morning...and will be here again at 4:30 tomorrow! Buenos dias Chicas~ Haydee...we miss you! I sent you a present this week! All my cold Violets (and ones who are not cold too) it is gonna be 75 today! Come on over! Seriously! Susanne is working at my school today! I am kinda excited! She is a roving security guard for the district, so she goes to what ever school they need her. Yesterday, she had the day off...but today and Friday she is at my school. Day 3 at the gym...I LOVE that she goes w/ me. Gotta run...I'll pop in from work! xoxoxoxo

Susie, We are having a party on Sunday too. I am making margies (I have a ton of tequila and I want to get rid of it) and food...just don't know what yet. Was gonna make chili but it is supposed to be 77 degrees on Sunday. I don't want a mess, might go w/ hot dogs, etc. Fish fry sounds good!

This afternoon Sus and I are going to the tattoo shop to discuss my piece w/ the artist. She is COMPLETELY AGAINST IT...but I told her, "My parents are dead...I can do what I want." LOL, There is this sense of autonomy that is coming with the decision...can't wait. And yes, I am getting a Violet above the butterfly. It is a mystical butterfly, NOT a "prison blue" circa 1977. It is going to be purple and green and whimsical...very fem!!! BBL

Had to cx my fill for Thursday...I keep pb'ing...and it is not my fault. I need to baby the band for a bit. Either that, or exercising has made it REALLY TIGHT...which is a possibility too. Either way, I am happy w/ restriction now.

Terry~ A gift I ALWAYS give at special occasions is I take the invitation, and get a really nice frame for it. More people have told me (even years later) that my gift was their fav...they look at it everyday, etc. Always a hit w/ weddings, birth announcements, etc.

Hey Gals~ Worked out this am, and Sus slept in! LOL, that is ok...I like to take Wed off from the gym, so tomorrow is my turn! I had such a pb last night, turned into a full out puke fest! I made a kick ass dinner, and couldn't eat it, and what I did eat (pork chop) I puked right up. I was eating right too, really small bites and slow. It wasn't really a pb...like I got stuck...it was more like, nauseated. And again same thing...sick to my tummy. Gonna go get a diet coke...bbl

Hey Girlies~ Thanks Judy...wow, it was getting close to nap time for me. I had 1/2 a carne asada burrito from dinner Sat. night for lunch. It wasn't much, but was a bit heavier than I am used to. Hey Gang~ They lost the first game by one run...but then beat the Hard Liquors again 23-8! My step mom told me about this book called, The Baglady's War. The story is about these old women, barely "getting by", and they are robbed by these thugs! The women decide to kill the thugs and do society a favor. Then they can go to jail, get taken care of w/ cots and three hot meals. So they go on this killing spree! Sounds lovely! Soon, I too can read a book! Have a great night. Just watch the United States of Tara...now is L Word!

Hey Gang~ Jane, I think the title would be Human Rights Commission, Board of Directors. In 20 years, I want to be happy and healthy. Whatever else comes my way, well, we will see. I would love to get more involved w/ city politics. We will see! I love the lamp Laura! Kat and Judy, I am jealous of curling up w/ a book. Soon, very soon...guiltless reading! For now it is grad papers, dissertation (should get the feedback today, she emailed last night said she was getting ready to read mine), and now the Brown Act and City bylaws sitting on my other computer...all waiting for my attention. I have already graded 10 papers, and posted 5 weeks of assignment summaries. Plus, made a big breakfast for Sus and the inlaws...oh yeah...When I pb...I go ANYWHERE except the toilet. I can't imagine puting my cute face near the toilets. Usually I pb in the sink, and run the disposal w/ soap. Well, there we all were, and I had no where to go pb the eggs...so I go out front and do it in the yard. LOL...was easier then spitting and carrying on in front of people. In resturaunts, I go in the sink (if I can) or the trash. OOOOO the tales!!! OK...gonna go look if more papers were submitted. Sus has a double header today, so I want to get as much done as possible before we go! xoxooxxo

What the hell! Did anyone miss me??? Just kidding!! You know, if this is just a weight loss "friendship" then I am not gonna hang out w/ you guys. Since the band, I ONLY lost 30 pounds...and then put 15 back on. So as for the band...I suck. And you don't want to be my friend cause I suck at weight loss, then I will cry! The VIOLETS transcend "weight loss" and have entered into each others lives soooo deeply! I miss you, think about you, refer to you all often, consider each of the Violets as my dearest friends. I couldn't IMAGINE life w/o you. So, unless you want my fat ass to show up on your doorsteps...and don't think I won't...you all better stay w/ us! Michelle, you crack me up! She does look like me...and I THINK SHE IS BEAUTIFUL! She makes a perfect mascot! Well, we have been out eating all day...not literally, but feels like it...and we are leaving again now to go to Mexican!
