    Hi everyone, I am new to the group. Not yet banded, but going thru all the post op testing & appointments. It is kind of frustrating, but I know I have to learn to be more patient with this whole process. I am 54 old and have been overweight since childhood. I am excited to get the lapband done--I know it will work. Live in southeast Michigan, my doctor is Zoe Deol. She seems quite knowledgeable as lapband surgery is all that she does. Glad to be here. Cheryl
