  1. Wow-92lbs in less than 3 months! I am only three weeks out and following all the rules, too. Hopefully I have that much success. Amazing!
  2. Hi everyone! Iam new here. I was banded on May 9th, so I will be one week out tomorrow. I had a lot of gas pain and still feel a lot of bloating in my belly. Not feeling any more pain, just an umcomfortable feeling from what is probably still some gas in my belly. I can walk fine, but struggle after climbing stairs. No issues actually climbing a flight of stairs, but I just climbed two flights and needed to rest to catch my breath. I recover quickly, and my heart rate settles down quickly as well, but just wondering if this is something others of you have experienced in the first week. Thank you for any advice/thoughts you can give me on this.

  4. I had the same thing for the first two days. It's gone now.
  5. Hi everyone! Just introducing myself. I was banded on Monday at Lenox Hill Hospital in NYC. Looking forward to supporting others and getting some great advice!
