Yes I am in my last month of my six month program I had to write everything I eat. But my primary Doctors being a jerk. Hope he gives me the approval

Hi Royalsecret, I haven't united health care *** requires six months only. I'm in the last month before I had the lap band for over 8 yes they had to remove it because sledded. I'm worried because my primary doctor wish I have seen for the last past eight months he recommended me the bariatric surgery. Last week I saw him and I told him that I was in my last month of dietitian, he didn't remember anything at all. My concern is if I don't have his approval they will Denied.

BMI 40.5 healthy but had lab band taken out 2 years ago sledded.

OMG United Health, on my last month with 6 month program. BMI 40.5. Mi primary Dr. Acting stupid had a visit with him because my back was hurting really bad. Remind him about my bariatric surgery and he was acting like I have never spoke with him about surgery. I had Lab Band for 8 yrs & they took it out 2 years ago. Helppp what to do, what if primary Dr. Don't approved any sugestions

I need to lose at least 3 to 4 pounds this month it's hard but I have to do it in order to prove that I'm doing my diet. I can wait two more months to finish 6 month program. Getting very nervous but at the same time exciting I hope my insurance covers my surgery.

They say the more you loose before surgery with the liquid diet is better that wont hurt that much & to shrink your liver. I have several friends & family that had done this surgery & bypass.

I have never heard anything about this. I just know you have to make 2 weeks of liquid, protein diet.

Omg I'm in the 6 month diet gain 3 pounds back from when I started. Only 2 more months to go, next month need to loose @ least 5 pounds. Helpppp

Hello everyone. I'm so mad because I had to take my lab band 2 years ago & wanted to get sleeved same times. Know I'm in 6 month program hoping I can get sleeve. So scare just to think it would be the same thing from band, my husband don't really wanted me to get sleeved because I used to get sick a lot with the lap band. Congrats to all the new sleevers. Ughhh rrrrr I'm in the 6 month program, I have 3 more to go. I lost 6 pounds, next I gain 3 pounds & feel heavier this month. Need to loose @ least 3-4 pounds for January. It's hard I'm only 40.5 BMI in order for insurance to approved I have to be 40 or more on BMI. No medical problems but I had the lap band for 7 yrs. Hope insurance approves me.

When you start loosing weight yor vitamins & immune system gets low that's why you need to get lab test every so often & this is the reason we get cold. I was very low on vitamin D since I started taking it I feel much better & don't get sick that much as before.
