My BMI is 31 and I am worried about what people will say but I have been higher and I am ready to keep it down and get it down.It is not cheating weightloss it is wanting to be a better healthier person and why should you have to slog hours in the gym if you have a busy life its hard. I am not telling anyone Just wait till you see the results then see what they think I am going in on Wednesday and I think it sounds like it will be far from easy so you go and you show them opiniated people Why you chose this way.

  3. I have been approved for Surgery I feel bad that I only have a low bmi and there are others out there that struggle with higher bmi BUT I have my own reasons and I beleive it is right for me... Now that it is getting closer I am scared about all the strories I am reading etc. I am under a good Doctor and Dietician and I will follow the right diet. I am also worried about the scars as not alot of people know how obvious will it be and for how long?? Help me through my first few weeks.
