    Hello All, well it has been 6 months and I am scheduled for my surgery to be held on 5/17. This afternoon I will be attending my Pre-Op nutrition class. Nervous is an understatement! Excited as well. I feel as if I have failed on so many other DIETs how can this be an exception. I would appreciate any tips, tricks and just ideas. I want to have energy, look good and have the confidence of a can do person. I am looking forward to sharing this journey and learning from all of you as wel. Blessings.
