  1. I'm having problems with slime. Unlike what most people post about slime, it doesn't seem to happen to me because food is stuck. It always happens after the first few small well-chewed bites of food. It's like my little pouch has filled up with saliva since my last meal, and then when a bit of food goes into the pouch, it pushes all that sitting slime up into my throat and I have to throw it up. When I throw up, the food doesn't come up, only the slime, and then I can usually eat my meal after. I don't know why this happens, because I'm eating slow, chewing well, and it happens after only the first bite or two, so it's not that I'm full. If I eat something before a meal that can "soak up" the slime/saliva sitting in my otherwise empty pouch, that seems to work. But, the foods I've found that can "soak up" the slime is bad stuff like chips! Plus, I can't always eat something 15 minutes before a meal, especially if at a restaurant. Help!
