  1. I had my surgery on 3/22/11. I lost 22 pounds since my surgery. I did not loose any weight last week and got on the scale today and gained two pounds. I did not exercise at all last week and have been eating Popsicles (100 calories,, 0 fat, 23 grams of sugar) for the last three days (once a day). I eat mangoes and once in a while I will eat a few (4 to 5) chips. Otherwise than that I am eating good. The biggest problem I have is that I do not wait long to eat between bites. I hate my food cold!!. I only slow down if my stomach starts hurting. Am I going to stretch my stomach out if I continue?
  2. I heard that the first 18 months are considered the honeymoon stage. Which means that you can loose weight even though you are not doing exactly what you are suppose to do. After the 18 month period, you can start gaining weight if you continue to cheat a lot.
