  1. OMG! I can complelely relate to that !, I am MO, overweight most of my left but MO for the past 8 years. thanks for your post! My problem is portion control. The bigger the better. The more the merrier. And I love every bite of it. I am not MO, but severly obese (SO?), I have a band because I know that my problem would make me MO if I waited one minute longer.
  2. Hi everyone! I had my LapBand surgery on Thurs 4-21-11. So far so good, moving around, walking in 10-15 min intervals. Also I ma following the post op diet. But where my bad is I feel uncomfortable. Shouldl I not be bending over to pick up stuff (aound the house) or what? Could it be that the band is adhering to the stoma? I have my first post-op appt w/ the surgeron this friday 4-29-11, bur looking for some advice.
