  1. Im 7 days post op and am also anxious to start exercising (more than just walking) soon.
  2. Is loosing 3 pounds a week unrealistic for someone who is exercising 4-5 times a week?
  3. I am one week post op and must say everything is much better than I expected. I feel great and am down 13 pounds. I expected to have pain, and be weak from the liquid diet but that isnt the case. The shoulder pain I had was minimal and I haven't had it since day 2 or 3. Incisions are healing quickly and I am only slightly tender around the port area. Hunger has been minimal and I have felt satisfied with what I am able to eat so far.
  4. How long are you having to wait until your surgery? Im looking into this hospital as well and am wondering what the wait times are for the lapband.
