    Hi all, I am doing better today. Finally able to drink a little bit. I am getting what feels like cramps in my stomach from time to time. Still very sore but walking and sipping. I am not sure how in the world I will be able to get my protien in on this clear liq diet. I am barly able to drink 20oz in a 24hr period. But today is definitly better then yesterday.     Feb 17th the start of a new me!!!! I am so excited and a little scared. I am so glad I found this website and was able to learn from everone elses experiences. Thank you all!! I am in Michigan and having my surgery at St John Oakland. I work there so hopefully it will go good. Hope to talk to you all soon. Marie
