  1. Wow thats great! I was banded 4/15/11 and only lost 23lbs. What does your diet consist of?
  2. I am getting my first fill on May 16th. I hope I feel like that?
  3. Well maybe its the food you are eating? I am 22 days out from getting my band. I have lost 24lbs. I only eat cottage cheese yogurt, eggs,protein shake (Isopure) chicken.

  6. Wow that is Great! I get my first fill May 16th. I have lost 23lbs and was banded on 04/15/2011. I also followed my Dr. rules. Started eating mushies on my third week. Stayed away from the high carbs like mashed potatoes and such. Cottage cheese and yogurt.
  7. I had my band on April 15th. I have only been eating yogurt and protein shakes. And allot of vitamin water. I have lost 22lbs. I get my first fill on May 16th. I think that will help since I have been starting to get hungry.

  9. Wow! Everyone seems to have done well? I am 8 day out, banded on 04/15/2011. I am feeling a little hungry even with drinking protein drinks and having yogurt. Will this go away after my first fill?
