  1. Hi Kara, I live in Vanvouver, BC and I had VSG at Puget Sound Surgical on April 6 of this year. I am almost 6 months out now and have lost a little over 80 pounds and have about 80 more to go to my goal. VSG has been the best thing I have ever done for myself, I feel fantastic and wish I had done it sooner. They are so wonderful at PSSC, Dr. Landerholm performed my surgery. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Leann

  4. Hi Everyone, I don't post much, I am more a lurker, I really enjoy reading everyone post and learning a lot form everyone's experience. I was sleeved on April 6 and I feel great, I have lost about 28 lbs so far. I have a question about calorie intake after surgery, I have asked the nutritionist at the clinic I go to for a range I should be aiming for and they keep telling me to just eat until you are full, your body will regulate itself. I have been feeling hungry a lot since surgery and have no problems eating, I have been keeping a food diary but today I logged my calories into Fitday and it said I had 1140 Calories, I feel like that might be too much. Can anyone share what their guidelines for calories per day are? Thanks, L
