  1. 17 days after surgery and.........31 lbs off..... amazing ! I am being a good patient... can't eat more than a couple spoonfuls of food at a sitting and only having 3 sittings. Mashed potatoes... oatmeal... scrambled egg, v8 juice, corned beef hash.... have all been great tools to help with hunger. Lots of Water ! Will check back again soon.. The Goose
  2. Hey... my name is Bob but some call me the "Goose". I have been waiting for 2 years for my surgery day to arrive, and this Tuesday 5-31-11 at 11:30 am.... my journey officially begins. I am more excited than nervous... but by Tuesday I will be nervous. I will post more as the days progress... just wanted to make a quick opening entry. The hydrogen steam is seen seeping out of the booster tanks at the liftoff tower... and the countdown has begun. Hold on to your seat Goose.. I'm in for the ride of my adult life !!!
