No I just feel hungry it must be my mind set not real. I don't feel full so I just tell myself I am so I don't know if its just the newness or its my brain, i have lost 6lbs so I am aware that its working. Whats so frustrating I don't know what to eat at this point. Because I have just got banded And I just got my fill the same day of 8 ccs so I don't know if I should do lquid or try food. any suggestions?

Hi I am one week banded and having issues on diet I want to diet and be good so it will work so I am interested in your experience I am going to try and join a gym and I am doing the high protein no sugar little carbs low calories. I hope it works i guess the worst thing is the brain trying to retrain it. :phanvan

hi I am Tina and I had a bmi of over 50 of course none of us want the severe surgery so I looked into going to Mexico found an awesome doctor Kelly he banded me all for 7580 and I had the best experience I am now 1 week banded and filled it was great to be able to do the band instead of the more severe e-mail me if you need any info:-)

:girl_hug: Hi I am Tina I was banded and filled on Jan 5th I had to be filled the next day..due to an oversize liver and etc. so he filled me to 8cc. I have gone through the week recovering and drinking my protein drinks but Today which is Saturday I fill hungry is that normal? I am really scared that It won't work I am at 330 and I need this so I feel like a failure already that I am hungry:phanvan So any advice out there would be so helpful Thanks for having this on line.

Hi I am new and your probably about the same time as me...I was banded and filled the same day due to me having a large liver and etc. I have gone one week and I don't know what I am doing should I start eating or drinking the protein shakes I feel hungry he filled me to 8 ccs so I am little confused.
