  1. thank you so much for the replies, even though my head knows its water weight, my body isn't happy! Can't wait to feel a little better, I am up and about ,but have zero energy. I have to go back to work on day 9, which should be interesting. Thank you again for the feed back.
  2. i am 4 days out from surgery, the procedure hit me like a ton of bricks, I had a lot of pain and just feeling rotten. No real nausea just very burpy when I drink, still on the clear liquid phase. When I got home and weighed I had gained 15 pounds of water weight, (its certainly not from calories}. I feel somewhat like a bloated whale! Has anyone else experienced this lovely event? How long did it take to loose back down to the pre surgical wt? This is depressing! Any input greatly appreciated.
