Hello, I'm a journalist, writing an article about lap band surgeries. I've been looking around this fantastic forum, and learned a lot. But I am hopefully trying to find a very young person who has had, or is about to have the lap band surgery. I have seen reported cases in the news of 12 year old children having the surgery, but I'm asking you all- do you know of a younger child having it? I'm also interested to find any other interesting stories....perhaps you know of a whole family that have had the lapband- I'd love to know how much weight they lost in total!
