  1. It is amazing we are almost exactly at the same point. I had my surgery on October 18. I have lost about 25 pounds since my surgery. I know my problem is I'm unable to quit snacking. I was told to bump up the intensity of my exercise with weights and re-examine my eating habits. I did better today. I unfortunately don't have problems with eating - I am tending to eat too much, then expeirence pain. Are you able to eat tuna (some suggest adding low fat mayo, but I just eat it plain - 80 calories for 2 ozs). Other foods are talipia, Beans, low fat cheese, lean brisket, or lentils.
