  1. Hi Dubach. I used to live in Bernice! Sounds like you might need to go get a fill. I am having problems also. I was banded in Oct of '09 and have lost 35 lbs. but I have been stuck now for 5 weeks. I think my problem is sweets. I am having a hard time cutting them out. I plan to go and buy chromium to help reduce the sweet cravings. I also joined a gym a couple of weeks ago. Maybe it is the type of food you are eating and the quantity. Try eating very small portions about 5 times a day. Like a couple of ounces of protein with either a fruit or vegetable and see how that works.
  2. Babe - I, too, crave chocolate every day. I also crave sweets in general. I am going to start taking a supplement called chromium which is supposed to help cut down on those cravings. Research it and go to your local health food store to buy it.
  3. I have stopped losing weight for the last 5 weeks. I had my surgery in October and have lost 35 lbs. My goal is to lose 70 total. I am having trouble eating a lot of foods - especially chicken and eggs. I had to have some of my last fill taken out. I don't seem to be satisfied after eating 1/2 cup of food and when I eat, I get a pain in the pit of my stomach. I also throw up a lot. Any suggetions?
