I have been fighting weight gain for years and I've had enough! I was diagnosed with Syndrome X and diabetes and high blood pressure is within my genes. I am seriously considering lap band surgery. My BMI is 39. I've worked out to no avail and ended up gaining 6 pounds. (believe me, it wasn't muscle either). Now, it's time to seriously think about doing something.
