  1. Everyone is different. I got my surgery on Valentine's Day this year! Myself, along with my sister, got our first fill yesterday - I got 2 1/2cc's, and my sister got 3cc's. Everyone's different when it comes to how much/how little Fluid is needed. If you're still feeling hungry, you may need more fluid put in. When you get a fill, you're supposed to feel full in between meals. Have you tried the actual lap band website? it's www.lapband.com - it has a lot of information, and yummy recipes
