My surgery weight was 224 on 12-19-09. I am 214 today. I've had 5 fills, most of them were too tight and I was choking at night. I am finally in my Green Zone, we'll see how this next month goes. I run 3-4 days a week, I think I will add some weights too. All your post have been encouraging. THANK YOU AND GOOD LUCK!
  3. Does anyone have any recipies for quick lapband requirement meals? Thanks
  4. Hi Ladies, Surgery date 12/9/09. I 've had 5 fills, all 1-2cc's most of them were too tight I had to go back because I was choking at night, and I was eating maybe 1/2 of Protein and veg. I was very discourgaged that I made a bad choice, I went back to my doc, and I had her put in 1/3 of cc at a time as I tried it out. I am finally in that magical "Green Zone" In your cases mabe the size of your band is bigger and you need more Fluid, If you are hungrier after a fill, DO NOT WAIT A MONTH, you can gain weight, call your docs and tell them you are eating more and feeling hungrier. Gym gal. GOOD FOR YOU! You may just need more protein since your hitting the gym, that's what I figured out after I did a boot camp and did not loose a darn thing! First fills are hard because ya don't know what to really exspect but if you have a good fill it should feel like it's taking a few minutes for your food to go down once you swallow, Good luck! "
