  1. Thanks to all that replied. It really helps me to understand that it is different for everyone. My Doc is taking it really slow, so I need to use the time to get used to the tiny bites and over chewing. LOL I do appreciate the feedback.
  2. Thanks. I appreciate your feed back. I really want this to work. The only time I even know I have a band is if I don't chew well and swallow too soon, and then food gets stuck. Not fun But I want to have less appetite and feel full with a smaller quantity of food. Thanks again
  3. I was banded 2/10/11. I have only lost 10 pounds since surgery. I still have a full apetite. I have had 3 fills which combined, only total 2.3cc's. I would think that my doctor would have given me bigger fills. It seems very slow moving. Just wondering what size fills others get. Please advise.
