Hi and Congrats on you slevee, I had mind April 28,2010 Keep you eye on the prize I am down 180 lbs, 10 more to go I had the worst gas pain to the point i thought i was Having a heart attack, Just know that it took me about two months to get 100%, just be patience it will be worth it in the end.

  3. looking for some compression clothing to wear under while working out have the stuff from the sporting goods store but need better while i am running, I have lost 130 lbs and i need a little support, any help
  4. 7 mts out been doing mostly weight training, started running a little any advised on training tips, etc still trying to lose 20 lbs before i start going hard with the running
