THIS IS MY FIRST POST SINCE MY SURGERY. MY FIRST COUPLE OF DAYS WAS A LITTLE BAD BECUASE OF THE GAS PAINS AND HATE FEELING EVERYTHING YOU EAT AND DRINK FALLING DOWN IN YOUR STOMACH. BUT ITS WORTH IT, MY ENERGY IS UP AND FEELING BETTER ALREADY. I do have question for you guys.... Im finding very diffcult to swallow my chewable Muilt-Vitimans very nasty to me. What are some good Muilt_Vitimans to get???

Hi Guys.... Im back, got sleeved on thursday, got out the hospital on friday and took the weekend relax and spend QT with my family!!!

Thank you for all of your responses. Its kind of funny, everyone thinks I have been pigging out. NO PIGGING OUT for ME!!!! I have been on my liquid diet the whole 7 days but a couple of times, I took a bit of food. I take a little bit of food here and there. NO MEALS at ALL!!! I went to the doctors today, and the scale said I loss 3 pounds, which I know it should be more like 6 or 7 pounds. A FEW POUNDS IS BETTER THAN NO POUNDS.

Thank you. My surgery is tomorrow I did hang in there, it was really hard tho. I wasnt eating meals. Taking little bites here and there.

Oh wow thats so exciting where are you flying to??? I think this surgery will be the best decsion of our lives!!! Go US!!! We are in control, now!!!

A lot going on in my mind. Its the night b4 my surgery. Im happy and very nervous. Wishing I had more support and friend to talk to. My friend dont want me to have this surgery, they love me the way I am. But this decesion is my choice and my health, and I know Im making the right decesion for me. All my friends see is a happy-go-lucky young lady. They dont see the pain and hurt inside. Talk to you guys soon, when I got home from surgery!!!!

Yes. My doctor tell us to go on a 7 day liquid diet before surgery. It supposely helps shink the fat around your stomach so its easier for the doctor to get your stomach. But I think I really shinking your stomach size. I drinking 64 oz of Water and 5-6 slim fasts per day, until my surgery date. Its really hard me to do.

Im feeling really bad because I have been cheating on my 7 day liquid diet. Im having surgery on thursday, and I have been eating food all thoughtout my 7 day liquid diet. And crazy thing is Im eating little bites of things and feel sick after I eat them because I think my stomach has shink by be on this diet. Did anyone have this some problem? How did you deal with it?
