  1. I was banded in March. I was lying in bed moments ago, and I noticed that my band moves. It toggles. I don't know if it is the band or the port, but it's kind of scary. Is this normal? Has anyone else experienced this?
  2. I had my first fill yesterday as well, and I feel no restriction. I wonder if they even put saline in there. Hmmmm.......
  3. I was banded Wednesday, March 9th. Since the surgery, I have lost 13 pounds. I am not cheating...in terms of eating foods that I am not supposed to, and I have even started working out. I have been in the gym on the average of 3 times per week for the past three weeks. I am scheduled to start solid foods on Thursday, but I am a bit concerned. I certainly don't want to gain any weight. I don't understand why I am not losing. I am scheduled for my first fill on April 24th; however, with the food plan that I am on and the working out in the gym, I should be losing more weight..right? 13 pounds seems so unacceptable.
  4. Many thanks to all of you for your advice. I will definitely take all suggestions and recommendations into account. You all are so supportive and so gracious. Thank you again.
  5. I was banded on March 9th, and I am HUNGRY!!! I want to eat! I am on the soft and mushy foods until April 14th, but I have the sensation that I can eat anything - although I don't . I am scheduled for my first fill on April 26th - which is a quite some time considering I feel like I don't have any restrictions, and I truly feel like I have the capacity to eat anything I choose. Does anyone have any suggestions or advice?? Please help. Many thanks!
