    I think Dr. Thomas Lee is in the Mt. Laurel New Jersey area, but also sees patients in Philly too - From what I understand, he does Blind Stick, and has access to Fluoroscopy, when needed. I've heard solid things about him, but I think you have to make an appointment through the FCUSA Network (866-345-5872) The best of luck to you azdbacks2001 (Go Dbabcks !!!)
