I was asking my husband how long it has been since my surgery and we think it's been 3 years. How sad is that?? That also tells me that I really haven't been doing as well as I should be. :( I have lost around 62 pounds. I know for a fact I should have lost more by now. I haven't been as responsible as I should've been either. I have decided to FINALLY make the changes I should've made in the beginning. I used to exercise more, now I am always tired and never quite make it. I can picture myself working out, but that's as far as it usually gets. A lot of starts....and stops. I hope to make a lot of new friends on here who are going through the same things I am.
