  3. Got my doctor's OK to go ahead with the Bariatric progam! Have to mail it to the surgeon's office and wait for the call to schedule my 1st appointment with the nutritionist.
  4. Thanks! Got all the info, now I have to see my PCP and get a letter of recommendation, which I'm sure wont be a problem. I just hate waiting.......I want the surgery yesterday!!
  5. So tomorrow is my first step........the informational meeting about Lap-Band. Hoping for the best!
  6. I have a friend who has sparked my interest about lap band. Upon doing some investigation on my own, I discovered that Lap Band is not recommended for those with autoimmune disorders such as MS. Is there anyone out there that has MS and has had the procedure done?
