  1. I wish that I could go backwards and re-think my choices. If I could re-do my choices i would have had the RNY. I am 10 months post op- its tough to be at a support meeting with a mixed group of both surgeries. the RNY group have the pounds melt off. being still new to all of these changes i need to be patient . the band requires allot more effort
  2. wow so glad that i read this thread. I had my surgery 3/18/11 I freaked out my poor hubby when I said "god, i feel toughest feelings i am eguilty like I just slaughtered myself'. yeah way over dramtic i had guilt over having him slave over me when I chose to do this, he assured me that my guilt was "stupid' love him xox
  3. I bet once you add in more Water everything will kick in. you probubly are dehydrated. hang in there
