Hi they call me Big Rich im new to all of this blogging stuff so please bare with me. So far I'm on my 2nd day of my 2 week pre-op diet.Two questions,Does the diet get any easer,and to all who have had the band,Is it worth it?? I hope it is I'm due to be banded on 3/21/11..
