My coordinator said the insurance company wants a 6 months diet plan with weights.. i did weight watchers but i only attended 1 meeting and did the rest on my own at home i weighed myself at work documented it but i dont think this is going to be valid for the insurance iam so depressed idk what to do? any suggestions
  2. I m 4 '11 and weight 198 lbs.. i have an apt for my consultation with the surgeon next week.. iam kinda hoping i qualify for it but at the same iam kind off nervous..i know a few people who have gotten the lap band and lose weight ... i just dont want to lose extremely to much weight and look sick.. i also want to know does the lap band have to stay in forever and if so are there any complications?... also if they do remove it would all the weight come back? i would also like to know if u do have the lap band are u able to drink liquor?
